Quality Supervisor - Receiving & Final Inspection

The Quality Supervisor for receiving and final inspection provides supervision and training of personnel, supports prevention of escapes to Rantec manufacturing and customers, and maintains a harmonious working relationship with Materials control and Shipping & Receiving personnel.

Requirements

• Perform receiving and final inspection tasks
• Direct the daily work assignments for receiving and final inspectors
• Ensure a gatekeeper role to identify and correct product nonconformities
• Maintain qualification to perform incoming, in-process and final inspection duties
• Support audits of receiving and final inspection processes
• Initiate and/or oversee the initiation of Non-Conformances to suppliers
• Provide written performance evaluations of direct reports
• Ensure adequate training of Receiving and Final Inspectors
• Ability to work flexible hours and/or different shifts
• Uploading of Customer product data packages
• Perform other duties as assigned
