Job Description
Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to oversee inspection activities and lead a team of Quality Inspectors to ensure our autonomous surface vessels meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance prior to delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace, defense, maritime, or advanced manufacturing environments
- 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical staff
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection methodologies, and root cause analysis
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including DoD quality expectations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
