Client Service Specialist (Customer Service)

Rapid Finance is a leading provider of alternative financing solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide excellent support and account management to our merchants/partners.

Requirements

• Advanced degree beyond high school diploma
• Minimum 2 years as a Client Service Representative in a high call volume environment
• Bilingual in Spanish is desired but not required
• Financial services industry experience desired but not required
• Excellent client service and relationship skills
• Proficient computer operating skills and proven experience with MS Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred but not required
