Requirements
- Review and apply the terms of the company's agreements with merchants
- Develop strategic research methods to aid in investigating delinquent accounts
- Communicate with merchants to determine reasons for ceased credit card processing
- Update merchant accounts with accurate descriptions of conversations
- Locate and notify customers of breached accounts
- Determine the suitability of accounts for legal action
