Job Description
Rapid Finance is seeking a Legal Collections Specialist to join their team, responsible for tracking down businesses that owe money from overdue loan repayments. The ideal candidate will have a strong investigative mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in legal collections and skip tracing.
Requirements
- Experience in legal collections, business to business collections
- 3rd party collections experience – Commercial and/or Consumer
- Experience with skip tracing
- Prior collections experience in commercial lending or ability to successfully complete training program
- Professional and articulate phone demeanor
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and skip tracing skills
- Solid working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and other office equipment
