Job Description
The Restaurant General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions. They must ensure the store is operated in a safe and clean manner, and that employees are properly trained and schedules are adequate to meet customer service requirements. The manager will work with their Area Coach to achieve financial targets and maintain documentation as specified by their Area Coach, Director of Operations, and the Corporate Office.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of restaurant management experience in the QSR field
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Possess strong supervisory and organizational skills
