Legal Counsel

The Legal Counsel will work with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial legal advice and support the go-to-customer organization. The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, as well as partnering with sales and other teams to move deals forward.

Requirements

• Law degree and license to practice law
• 2+ years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong knowledge of EU and UK data privacy and security regulations
• Ability to balance legal risk with business needs
