Job Description
Renewal Account Manager needed to oversee and manage the renewal process for clients in our existing customer base in Japan. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in renewals management, a deep understanding of the sales cycle, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Requirements
- Experience in SaaS renewals with a proven track record of exceeding renewal targets
- Cyber Security industry experience
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative, positive attitude, and ability to learn technical concepts
