Senior Operations Manager

Rapsodo is a global sports technology company that builds data-driven, portable sports analytics products. We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to operate across manufacturing, sourcing, and internal systems to ensure reliable product delivery and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in operations, manufacturing, engineering, or related roles
• Postgraduate qualification in Engineering is preferred
• Strong experience working in production environments and with contract manufacturers
• Demonstrated ability to operate hands-on and resolve real operational issues
• Strong systems thinking — able to connect product, supply chain, and execution realities
• Experience working with sourcing, procurement, or supply constraints
• Ability to make decisions under uncertainty and move execution forward
