Requirements
- Help our partners with calls, initial advice, and regular updates on ongoing cases

- Manage incoming tickets, escalations, and bookings with attention to detail
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth workflows and excellent service delivery
- Record details and accurately document work and partner interactions in our CRM system
