Requirements

• Help our partners with calls, initial advice, and regular updates on ongoing cases
• Be transparent and customer-centric in communication
• Manage incoming tickets, escalations, and bookings with attention to detail
• Collaborate with other departments for smooth workflows and excellent service delivery
• Record details and accurately document work and partner interactions in our CRM system
