Premier Reservation Manager

We're a fast-growing international travel-tech company looking for a Premier Reservation Manager to help us keep our clients happy and our operations smooth. As a member of our team, you'll work with VIP clients, negotiate with hotels and suppliers, and support clients in all cases arising from completed bookings.

Requirements

• English Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Russian Proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Soft Skills: Kindness, empathy, stress-resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Quick Learner: Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Travel Knowledge: Experience in tourism, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations: countries in Europe, Asia.
