RateHawk is seeking a Retail Business Development Manager to drive sales efforts, forge strategic partnerships, and expand client base in South Korea. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the region's travel market and excellent language skills in Korean and English.
Requirements
- Develop and implement sales activities and hit sales targets
- Sign up new partners and provide extended training
- Build and maintain relationships with partners
- Account management of partners
- Follow-up with existing partners
- Prepare and execute commercial deals with partners
- Control compliance with commercial conditions
- Spend approximately 30% of working time on business trips
- Provide market & competitive environment analysis
- Provide regular comprehensive reporting
