Job Description
The Senior EHS Specialist leads and advances the company’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across all facilities, ensuring full regulatory compliance, strengthening a proactive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement in safety and environmental performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in EHS, safety, or environmental compliance roles
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance requirements
- Proven experience leading incident investigations and implementing corrective action programs
- Experience managing or leading EHS programs across multiple functions or sites preferred
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and EHS management systems
- Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, or CHMM preferred
