Requirements
- Ability to create trust and enthusiasm with potential customers through a positive, energetic and personable approach
- Develop a quick understanding of customer needs through strong qualification skills
- High sense of ownership for your territory with a bias for action
- Ability to thrive in a high volume high velocity environment without losing oversight of your deals and pipeline creation
- Excellent communication skills (incl. strong active listening skills and the ability to empathise)
- Team player, resilient, and adaptable to change, whilst thriving in a fast moving and remote setting
- Fluent German speaking
- B2B SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quota
