Head of IT Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of IT Infrastructure to lead our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, and security
• Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and containerization technologies
• Familiarity with ITIL and other IT service management frameworks
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven experience in developing and managing IT infrastructure budgets
• Industry certifications (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, etc.) are a plus
