IT Service desk support

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Service Desk Support Technician to join our team in 6th of October City, Egypt. As an IT Service Desk Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal employees.

Requirements

• Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems and applications
• Create and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and applications
• Document and track all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and supplies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
