Spanish Customer Service Agent

RayaCX is seeking a Spanish Customer Service Agent to provide excellent customer service and support to Spanish-speaking clients. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving issues, and providing product and service information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal)
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
