Job Description
We are a consumer tech e-commerce brand looking to hire a skilled creative strategist to join our team. The role involves leading creative concepting, copywriting, and scripting for short-form video and static ads, analyzing performance metrics, and leveraging AI tools to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of paid social and what makes scroll-stopping, high-converting content
- Experience with UGC production and creator briefing
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for creative workflows
- Highly organized and able to move fast without sacrificing quality
- Natural storyteller with a sharp eye for copy and branding
- Proactive
- Speak great English
- Data-literate — comfortable reading dashboards and turning insights into action
