Product Engineer

Raycon is a consumer electronics brand focused on creating reliable, well-designed audio products. This role owns the end-to-end execution of hardware products, from early concept through mass production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware product development, preferably consumer electronics or wearables
• Strong understanding of full product development cycles and manufacturing ramp
• Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and overseas suppliers
• Ability to evaluate designs and identify risks across mechanical, electrical, and system-level interactions
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional teams and hold execution accountable

Benefits

• NYC Base Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000 USD, plus bonus eligibility and benefits
