Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager role at ROC involves assisting the store manager with day-to-day store operations. Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• Knowledge of retail management and people management (preferred)
• Experience in retail management, C-store clerk, or store operations position (1+ year)
• Knowledge of store operations - merchandising, inventory control, cash control
• Experience with management, financial reporting, customer service, inventory, and related operations
• Demonstrated track record as a store clerk
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills (point of sale system)
• Ability to work independently in a high pressure environment
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively
