Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager at ROC will assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, handling sales, customer service, and inventory. This role focuses on ensuring excellent customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining store appearance. The manager will lead and motivate employees and improve store performance while representing ROC positively.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• One year experience in retail management, C-store clerk, or store operations
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated effective track record as store clerk
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems
• Demonstrated attention to details and mathematical analytical ability
• Good computer skills
