Assistant Manager

The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for assisting with store operations. This role involves sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision, with a focus on exceeding store goals and maintaining high standards of quality. The manager will also contribute to improving customer service and team performance.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• One year experience in retail management, C-store clerk, or store operations position
• Experience in the areas of management, financial reporting, customer service, inventory management, and other related operational areas
• Demonstrated effective track record as store clerk
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated attentiveness to details
• Mathematical analytical ability
• Computer skills (point-of-sale system)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task
