Deli Shift Lead

The Deli Shift Lead is responsible for the daily operation of the deli department, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role involves managing team, preparing schedules, maintaining store appearance, managing food inventory, and interacting with customers. The focus is on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.

Requirements

• High school graduation or equivalent
• ServSafe Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of retail management and people management
• One year experience in retail or deli/restaurant
• Demonstrated team leadership/influence
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills (point-of-sale system)
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
