Rock Creek IGA is seeking a Meat Cutter to provide premier customer service, prepare meat products, and maintain food safety standards. The role involves greeting customers, cutting and preparing meat, assisting with deliveries and stocking, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. The position also requires the ability to follow instructions and problem-solve.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions and solve problems.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull a loaded grocery cart.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to climb and balance on a step stool/ladder.
• Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to reach above shoulders and horizontally.
• Ability to work under varied conditions and temperatures.
