Meat Cutter

Rock Creek IGA is seeking a Meat Cutter to provide excellent customer service, prepare meat, and maintain store standards. The role involves greeting customers, cutting and preparing meat, and assisting with inventory and equipment maintenance. This is an on-site position.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service
• Ability to interpret and follow instructions and solve problems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to climb and balance on a step stool
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and reach above shoulders
• Ability to work in various conditions and temperatures
