We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Financial Advisor team and outstanding service to clients. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with exceptional administrative skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Previous experience with use of Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube)
• Organizational and problem solving skills
• Previous experience with a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an asset
