Associé(e), Apprentissage et perfectionnement - Contrat de 18 mois

We are seeking a Learning and Development Associate to work in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices, responsible for designing and delivering training programs to improve employee performance in the workplace. The successful candidate will evaluate training needs, design and implement study programs, and create learning documents such as quick reference guides and online learning content. They will also animate webinars and in-house training sessions.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in learning and development
• Required experience in the financial services or brokerage industry
• Post-secondary education in adult learning principles or certification in continuing education or adult education
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
• Strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Experience in in-classroom training for adult learners
• French fluency (an asset)
