Bilingual Specialist for Online Learning and Documentation, Private Management Group, reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, will integrate online learning programs for courses and programs on various learning platforms, using multiple creation and multimedia tools within Raymond James Ltd's Canadian activities.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and French)
• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in securities brokerage or financial services sector as a technical writer
• Design or develop online learning courses
• Experience with online learning design tools (e.g. Rise, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Vyond)
• Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience developing online courses
• Proficient in English and French
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate-level knowledge of design principles focused on adult learning and reproductibility
• Proven ability to learn and understand complex topics quickly
• Experience working with project management teams to improve the user experience
• Ability to work independently
• Quick learner, reliable, professional, creative, and innovative person
