Job Description
Raymond James Ltd is seeking a bilingual (English and French) Documentation & eLearning Specialist to work in a hybrid workstyle capacity in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver. The successful candidate will integrate learning curriculum for courses and programs onto various learning platforms, developing comprehensive documentation and training material for end-users.
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and French
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, and/or a related training field
- 1-2 years' industry-related experience in the Investment Brokerage or Financial Services industry as a technical writer
- E-learning design/development and experience with e-learning tools
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Excellent collaboration abilities
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to handle confidential information
- The ability to work in a dynamic team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner
- Strong presentation and writing skills
- Advanced skills with a video editing tool
- Knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Vyond, Camtasia
- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint online
- Knowledge of a Learning Management System
