Bilingual (Fr/En) Education & Engagement Consultant

The Education and Engagement Consultant is responsible for designing and executing education strategies for high-value clients, delivering engaging employee education sessions, and analyzing participant demographics to design tailored annual education strategies.

Requirements

• Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
• Group retirement experience with a background in the financial services industry
• Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with plan sponsors, brokers, and consultants
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Superior presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Agile thinker who brings creativity and innovation to problem solving
• Valid driver's license
