The Education and Engagement Consultant is responsible for designing and executing education strategies for high-value clients, delivering engaging employee education sessions, and analyzing participant demographics to design tailored annual education strategies.
Requirements
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English)
- Group retirement experience with a background in the financial services industry
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with plan sponsors, brokers, and consultants
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Superior presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Agile thinker who brings creativity and innovation to problem solving
- Valid driver's license
