• Strong relationships with plan respondents, brokers, consultants
• Excellent communication, negotiation skills
• Superior presentation skills, investment and retirement planning
• Strong organizational, time management skills, agility, creativity
• Microsoft Office suite skills, driver's license, vehicle, insurance
