As a Bilingual Member Experience Consultant, you will develop and deliver highly effective member education and communication services to employees of existing and potential Group Retirement Service's (GRS) customers. You will contribute to corporate goals and objectives by increasing GRS assets under administration through member interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years work experience
- Strong Project Management experience
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
- University degree (or equivalent work experience)
- Knowledge and previous experience working in the Group Retirement Services industry, Financial Services or investment related work experience - preference to group retirement services
