Manager, HRBP

As Manager, Business Partner (HRBP), you will be responsible for implementing People Strategy for business units, managing end-to-end People Operations, and owning core PeopleOps processes. The role requires 4-6 years of proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced/startup environment, with a strong ownership mindset, excellent stakeholder management, and result-oriented approach.

• 4-6 years of proven HRBP experience in a fast-paced/startup environment
• Managed an HC Size of 200-400 Folks
• Strong on execution, high creativity, and an ownership mindset to solving employee challenges and issues
