Accounts Receivable Specialist

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for processing high-volume accounts receivable transactions and ensuring outstanding receivables remain within company targets. The role requires adhering to company process and systems, as well as working with various departments to resolve delinquencies and discrepancies.

Requirements

• Confirm bid deposits and payments
• Upload auction transactions and enter accounting adjustments
• Process refunds for overpayments, bid deposits, and tax adjustments
• Generate invoices to bill customers, consignors, and inter-company subsidiaries
• Assist with collections and reconciling customer accounts
• Research and respond to customer inquiries
• Perform other duties as assigned
