Inside Territory Manager

We’re looking for a results-driven, customer-focused Inside Territory Manager to grow a defined territory by developing new business and expanding existing accounts, selling Ritchie Bros.’ multi-channel solutions through consultative, phone- and web-based selling.

Requirements

• Own and grow a defined territory through proactive prospecting, qualification, and disciplined follow-up.
• Sell across channels (Live Auction, Marketplace-E, IronPlanet) using a consultative approach and value-based proposals.
• Maintain a rigorous pipeline and activity hygiene in Salesforce, updating opportunities, next steps, and forecast accuracy in real time.
• Meet or exceed goals for GTV, revenue rate, conversion, and activity cadence.
