RBR is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Sales Coordinator to support our sales team. In this role, you’ll manage the sales process from vetting inbound customer inquiries through order validation and handoff to sales operations, ensuring accuracy and smooth execution at every step. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, finance, and marketing to keep everything running efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in sales coordination, sales operations, and technical sales
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Marketing
- A proactive, process-improvement mindset
- Ability to adapt as responsibilities evolve
