As a Field Marketing Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving pipeline and revenue through regional programs that directly support sales.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies
- Proven success in building pipeline-driving marketing programs in partnership with sales
- Experience planning and executing both small- and large-scale events and regional campaigns
- Strong project management skills—you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-moving environments
- Highly collaborative—you work well across functions and can balance multiple stakeholder needs
- Metrics- and results-driven mindset—you seek data to inform and refine your strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with ~30–40% travel for events and onsite activations
- Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar platforms)
- BA/BS required
