Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives and maintain customer relationships. They will develop and implement sales plans, manage customer relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires leadership, sales, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to manage inventory and assets. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory/management experience
- Industry and/or heavy equipment retail sales experience
- Solid understanding of local market conditions
