Job Description
Composite Resources, a Re:Build Manufacturing company, seeks a Supply Chain Supervisor to lead purchasing, supplier management, and material readiness activities. The ideal candidate brings strong procurement and supplier management experience, proven negotiation skills, and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing supplier performance and material availability.
- Prior experience supporting new program launches or sustained production agreements.
- 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong ERP systems experience (JobBOSS, Infor SyteLine, or equivalent).
- Advanced Excel capability; Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and supplier relationship management skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions under pressure in fast-paced operational environment.
