Systems Architect

Re:Build DAPR Engineering is seeking a Systems Architect to lead front-end architecture and technical strategy for complex engineering programs. The role requires a systems thinker with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams through challenging technical landscapes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10–15 years of experience in systems engineering, product development, or technical program leadership
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into system requirements and architectures
• Strong experience managing technical risk and leading complex design efforts
• Expertise with systems engineering methodologies and tools (e.g., requirements management, MBSE)
• Ability to integrate across multiple engineering fields and identify system-level challenges early
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic attitude
• Experience facilitating technical discussions and presenting to customers and partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, presentation software, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel domestically (5–20%))
