Job Description
Re-Leased is looking for a Senior Sales Manager - EMEA to lead a high-performing sales team and drive revenue growth across the UK market. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment and a proven track record of leading mid-market or enterprise-level sales teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales management experience in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record leading mid-market or enterprise-level sales teams to and beyond target
- Deep familiarity with structured sales methodologies (Sandler, MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger)
- Strong command of Salesforce, Outreach, and the Microsoft product suite
- Comfort leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in day-to-day sales operations and coaching
