No 2 Printer

Reach is seeking a skilled No.2 Printer to join their production team. The ideal candidate will take pride in their technical expertise and be able to manage the press, ensure quality and performance consistently hit established standards, and drive an efficient workflow to meet production schedules.

Requirements

• Experience in Press Operations to No2 level
• An NVQ Level 2 in press operations is desirable but not essential
• Drive and commitment with an ability to work shifts
• Excellent communication skills verbal/written/practical
• Team player with the ability to lead a team
• A good awareness of HSE standards and regulations
• Be attentive to detail and focussed on quality
• Computer literate
• An understanding of manufacturing best practice and lean principles and tools – Desirable
