We are looking for a Growth Lead to pilot the growth trajectory of our brands, orchestrate the volume of Cre a and the Meta acquisition strategy, and model business plans and advise founders. The role involves setting a baseline, modeling a trajectory, committing to it, and continuously optimizing CAC, arbitrate between volume and margin. The Growth Lead will work on CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV, margin, EBITDA, and orchestrate Cre a volume and testing strategy. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in Growth / acquisition / e-commerce B2C and significant experience in managing Meta budgets (>50K€/month) on DTC.
