Job Description
Administrative Assistant needed to assist with daily operations at a pediatric therapy clinic in Novato, CA. The role requires scheduling, tracking, and record-keeping, as well as promoting the clinic's mission to 'Empower Kids to Lead Joyful Lives'.
Requirements
- Scheduling new clients, existing clients, and therapist appointments
- Managing complex scheduling process including tracking and record-keeping
- Answering and distributing phone calls, mail, and emails
- Keeping inventory and ordering supplies
- Assisting with daily operations
