Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality customer service and support to our clinic staff, physicians, and patients. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative medical office skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Requirements
- Administrative medical office patient scheduling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- 1+ year of experience
- Experience processing patient referrals and obtaining insurance authorizations
- Medical terminology
- Experience using electronic medical record system (Epic Information Systems Cadence/Referrals)
