Requirements
- Proven track record of strong people management skills, including at least 4 years of experience leading software engineering teams of 10+ engineers.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training high-performing teammates in a distributed environment.
- Experience leading the full software development lifecycle, including resource planning, risk management, and using project management tools to drive delivery.
- At least 4+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex product decisions into actionable context for engineers.
