Software Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Software Engineering Manager who leads from the front, actively designing, building, and improving systems while leading a team of developers and driving projects from idea to delivery. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted technical partner, helping drive innovation, challenge assumptions, and move the organization forward.

Requirements

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers
• Actively design, build, and maintain.NET applications and Web APIs
• Own and guide software architecture, technical standards, and long-term system direction
• Evaluate when to use low-code / no-code platforms versus custom development
• Define and implement patterns for automation and system integration
• Drive project planning, prioritization, and delivery across multiple initiatives
• Perform code reviews and maintain high standards for quality, performance, and maintainability
• Continuously improve how the team builds, delivers, and supports solutions
