Job Description
The Paralegal will be a key member of Real's Legal Department, assisting the brokerage business with legal support activities, including maintaining files, coordinating with external contacts, and providing administrative support.
Requirements
- Experience in a law firm or in-house legal environment working specifically on litigation and pre-litigation disputes.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the related field
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel).
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent written and organizational skills are essential.
- Digital fluency or a willingness to learn new technology is critical.
