Realm builds AI for the mining industry. The company is hiring a Technical Recruiter to support its rapid expansion across the American coal mining industry. The role owns full-cycle recruiting for critical technical hires, partners with engineering and product leadership, and builds the systems and culture that will scale hiring at Realm.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven ability to source and close strong software engineers
• Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build pipelines proactively and creatively
• Low ego, high EQ, and a genuine collaborator
• Highly organized and process-oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Based in US - citizen or permanent resident
