Job Description
We're looking for a Scrum Master to coach our team towards maturity in its implementation of Scrum and Agile in our software delivery process.
Requirements
- Ensure harmonious synergy between account management team and development team
- Remove impediments and guide team to self-organisation
- Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency
- Manage complex project dependencies
- Certified Scrum Master
- Experience playing Scrum Master role for at least three years
- Knowledge of Agile approaches
- Experience working in a financial services environment
